For corrections, calculator feedback, accessibility issues or partnership questions, email hello@measurecove.com. Include the calculator name, the unit system you used and the input values if your message is about a calculation.

Do not send confidential project documents, payment information, identity documents, private addresses or photos containing people. MeasureCove is a planning site and does not need sensitive information to investigate calculator issues.

Useful correction details

• The page URL and language version
• The material type and unit system
• The numbers you entered and the result you expected
• The product coverage or packaging detail if it came from a manufacturer label

What we can and cannot do

We can review formula wording, calculation examples, translation clarity and obvious calculator bugs. We cannot provide engineering approval, contractor bids, construction supervision, local code interpretation or purchase guarantees.

If a project affects structure, safety, waterproofing, fire rating, drainage or local permits, verify the plan with a qualified professional before buying materials or starting work.

Messages are used to improve the site and correct public content. We normally answer only when more detail is needed or when a correction has been reviewed.

How to report a calculation issue

Email hello@measurecove.com with the calculator name, language, unit system, inputs, expected result, and the result shown. A screenshot is useful when the issue concerns layout or a particular device, but do not include private addresses, invoices, or other unnecessary personal information.

For wording, accessibility, or translation corrections, quote the sentence and provide the page URL. Specific reports can be reproduced and checked much faster than a general message that a number looks wrong.

What support can cover

We can explain the published formula, investigate a possible software defect, and correct site content. We cannot approve a structural design, select a product for a particular building, verify an unseen measurement, or provide emergency construction advice.
